    Marking System

    MCI utilizes the standard grading system: A=90-100; B=80-89; C=70-79; D=60-69; F=0-59.  Grades are issued on a quarterly basis with parents receiving formal grade reports at the end of each quarter.

    Programs of Study

    The minimum graduation requirements for grades 9 through 12 are as follows:

    English - 4 credits
    Mathematics - 4 credits
    Science - 4 credits
    History -3 credits
    Fine Arts - 1 credit
    Physical Education - 1 credit
    Health - 0.5 credits

    Successful completion of the Manson Essay and a Senior Project and computer literacy

    SAT/ACT Scores:  Average SAT score = 1832 and 1247 for new SAT scale; Average ACT score = 32

    Upon arrival at MCI, international students undergo a series of placement tests to determine their enrollment in ESL courses and other academic offerings.
